Return Policy 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me at shoptrinitysoap@gmail.com and I will do everything possible to work with you to resolve the issue. Due to the nature of the soaps and Covid19, I can not accept returns on any item for applicable safety reasons. Customers may contact us about any order delivered within the past 14 days, and we will complete a resolution regarding the issue with your order in no more than 7 business days of your initial email to us.

 

Once tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to order.  If the shipping address given is incorrect and is returned, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping.
